Sure, it’s fun to fight others and eliminate them, but that also leaves you open to the same. The best way to survive in Rumbleverse is to avoid conflict whenever possible. To use an item, pick it up with Circle or B, or use the D-Pad to grab it from your inventory, then use Square or X. However, note that the act of consuming an item will cause you to either move slowly or stay in place as your player literally eats or drinks the item. It’s always great to have at least one health and one stamina recovery item on you so you can escape tricky situations in a pinch. There are also stamina potions that will continuously replenish your stamina during the duration of the effect. You can eat items of food like the pictured whole turkey and other consumables like drinks and potions. Health will not replenish unless you use an item. Stamina will replenish naturally, but slowly. The yellow-orange bar is your stamina bar, which depletes from sprinting and climbing walls. While you play, keep an eye on the two (three with the Superstar) meters on the bottom of the screen.
